Qatar National Museum, Doha

The Qatar National Museum is designed by award-winning Architect Jean Nouvel. The building complex is inspired by a desert rose and consist of numerous interlocking discs. The discs are created from giant steel structures cladded with Contec high performance concrete façade elements. The discs function as roofs, walls, floors and terraces. The façade elements all vary in size, shape and expression making the facades an exceptional concrete puzzle.
